Sean Bozarth

​Sean Bozarth has spent more than two decades as a trial lawyer, trying cases and arguing appeals across California's state and federal courts. He has appeared in civil, criminal, family, and appellate courts spanning eight California counties, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Bankruptcy Court.

Sean is a strategist who uses motion practice to narrow issues, target discovery, constrain opponents into untenable positions, and expose meritless claims and defenses before a case ever reaches a jury. What distinguishes Sean is his ability to absorb and master complex legal
issues and then articulate them to the court with clarity and conviction — a combination that makes him an exceptional advocate.  Sean leads his cases with creative solutions to problems that other attorneys might treat as dead ends. When dispositive motions do not end the fight, he welcomes the courtroom. He has tried cases ranging from complex real estate fraud matters, to high-stakes business disputes, corporate litigation matters, and contested family law proceedings. Sean does not hesitate to seek appellate review where appropriate, having reversed erroneous rulings through writ proceedings and direct appeals and contributed to a growing body of published appellate authority in California.
