About Farhad Novian

Farhad Novian is the managing partner of Novian & Novian, LLP, established in 1988, and a founding partner. Farhad has decades of experience in a wide range of business litigation, corporate law, transactional, employment, healthcare, real estate, partnership, securities, and intellectual property matters. As a seasoned trial attorney, Farhad has successfully represented clients to judgment or award with years of high-stakes experience in the apparel, construction, healthcare, real estate, and technology industries. Farhad actively collaborates with all his clients to fashion creative solutions and efficient results.

In addition to his law practice, Farhad has served as the co-President and a member of the Board of Directors of Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills since 2023. Farhad has regularly lectured at UCLA on real estate and hospitality law and has participated in the “Boardroom Series” lectures on corporate structuring matters before young entrepreneurial professionals. Farhad was recognized as a Super Lawyer by the Publishers of Los Angeles Magazine from 2014-2024. For close to two decades, Farhad has enjoyed recognition as an “AV” rated lawyer via the peer-review system established and administered by Martindale-Hubbell, with “AV” being the highest rating for “legal ability” and “faithful adherence to the professional standards of conduct and legal ethics of the legal profession, professional reliability and diligence . . . .”

Farhad earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from UCLA in 1981. He received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School Los Angeles in 1984.
