Alexander P. Davis is a commercial litigator with a wealth of experience in law and motion, written discovery, depositions, mediation, and matters related to trial or arbitration. Alexander has successfully litigated numerous cases involving multi-million dollar claims, including breach of contract, habitability, products liability, insurance coverage, discrimination, vicarious liability and construction defect. Prior to his legal career, Alexander developed systems and directed wine programs for some of the best chefs in America. His experience in hospitality makes him unfailingly client-focused. He ensures that he thoroughly understands a client’s needs, and allows their desired outcome to dictate strategy.

Experience

Prior to joining Novian & Novian, Alexander practiced at another long-standing law firm in Century City where he primarily represented small and large businesses, and individuals in commercial litigation and real estate matters.

Alexander graduated from UCLA in 2005 as a Regents Scholar, earning a B.A. in History and English. He also earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2010, where he participated in the Moot Court Honors Program, and specialized in Business Law.

In addition to his academic and legal credentials, Alexander also has served as a consultant and Director of Operations for numerous hospitality businesses.
