Brandon Sadigh is a dedicated civil litigation attorney with a strong focus on real estate and homeowners’ association (HOA) litigation. With a track record of success in complex property disputes, Brandon has represented clients in matters involving property line disagreements, construction defects, and community association conflicts. His meticulous approach and strategic advocacy have earned him a reputation for delivering favorable outcomes in general civil litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced for over three years at Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP, where he refined his skills in both real estate and general civil litigation.

In addition to his real estate practice, Brandon brings valuable experience in catastrophic injury litigation, expanding the firm’s capabilities in serious personal injury cases. Brandon also has significant personal injury litigation experience, having represented clients in high-stakes injury matters.  Brandon has achieved multiple seven figure settlements for injured clients in California. This early foundation brought a versatile and well-rounded perspective to his overall practice, enhancing his ability to navigate complex civil litigation issues

Brandon is a graduate of Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles (JD) and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona. Brandon’s dedication to his clients and his profession has not gone unnoticed—he has been recognized as a Super Lawyers’ Rising Star in both 2024 and 2025, a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in California. His balanced expertise across multiple litigation areas makes him a valued advocate and an integral part of the firm’s civil litigation team.
