David B. Felsenthal received his B.S. in Economics in 1985 from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated in 1988 from UCLA School of Law, where he was Associate Editor of the UCLA Law Review. Mr. Felsenthal began his legal career at the international law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP as a litigation associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office, where he worked on a variety of complex business and corporate litigation matters. Mr. Felsenthal then joined the legal department of Ernst & Young LLP as Senior Counsel in Los Angeles, where he successfully handled litigation matters for the firm in the western United States. Mr. Felsenthal subsequently opened his own law practice, achieving excellent results for his clients in a wide range of matters, including entertainment industry disputes, corporate and partnership dissolutions, and employment litigation. Thereafter, he served as national litigation counsel for an Aliso Viejo, California-based advertising company, handling the defense of class action lawsuits in California and numerous other states, and actions by state and federal regulatory agencies. Over the span of his legal career, Mr. Felsenthal has tried and won jury trials, bench trials and binding arbitrations. He has also handled appeals before the Ninth Circuit and California Court of Appeals. |
