For over two decades, Farid Novian has represented a wide variety of clients in the fields of business and real estate transactions and litigation.

Mr. Novian represents numerous business and real estate groups and individuals in the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of all types of real estate projects. Mr. Novian's expertise includes projects ranging from shopping centers to multifamily apartment buildings, mergers and acquisitions, ground leases and development projects, among others. These transactions also include the formation of legal entities and the preparation of the applicable partnership agreements for their participants. In addition, Mr. Novian has considerable experience in drafting and negotiating various employment, licensing, distribution and marketing agreements.

Mr. Novian also has represented clients in various litigation matters, both in trial and at arbitration, relating to business, real estate, corporate dissolutions, controversies between competitors and partnership disputes.

Mr. Novian graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (B.A., Political Science) in 1980 and received his law degree from Southwestern University (J.D.) in 1983. He is admitted to the State Bar of California and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
