William R.H. Mosher received his B.A. in Philosophy from Pomona College in 2000 and his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2003. He was admitted to the California Bar in December 2003 and has been admitted to practice in the Central District of California.

At the UCLA School of Law, Mr. Mosher served as Editor-in-Chief of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review, Executive Editor and Copyright Editor of the UCLA Women’s Law Journal, Staff Member of the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy, and Board Member of the UCLA Asian Pacific Islander Law Student Association.

At Novian, Mr. Mosher’s practice is comprised primarily of corporate, intellectual property, and business litigation, along with transactional matters in the areas of intellectual property and licensing.

Mr. Mosher is also an active member of MENSA.
